• NOTE: as of 6/2023 Avocado mattress has been sued by two consumers in California. The class action lawsuit claims the GOLS and Made Safe Certified latex used by Avocado Mattress contain potentially harmful toxins. While it is my opinion that the latex is still better than conventional memory foam more details will eventually be know as the case progresses
